I Return

It's been several weeks...but I am back. I've been to Florida for a one week visit with Mom and Dad. That went well. The weather was glorious compared to Cincinnati. I drove down by myself, which was what I needed, time to myself with no talking to anyone!!! I listened to two different books on tape, just to keep my mind occupied and not thinking about work.

I was home for 2.5 days and then headed to New Brunswick for a 2 day meeting, then the weekend in NYC. I love that city. Would not want to live there, but love it for it's vitality and diversity and everything that is NYC!!! This visit I got to the NYC Library, spectatuclar!!! Then a Garden Show I knew was going on, then on to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Staten Island Ferry for a quick trip back and forth, then the subway to Times Square for dinner. Wanted to go to a play, but was completely and totally out of steam, don't think my poor, tired feet could walk another step.

So am now home for a while. Glad to be home and anxious for Spring to arrive. Want very much to get in the yard and things growing!!!
